Andrew Franks has good rookie year despite the lack of opportunity

The anemic Dolphins' offense averaged 19.4 points a game in 2015 finishing the season ranked 27th in total points scored. The Dolphins also ranked last in field goal attempts. Franks made 13 of 16 field goal attempts in 2015, the lowest of any Dolphins kicker during a 16-game stretch. “We had four field goal attempts in the first two games and then we sort of just sputtered out a little bit,” Franks said. “Right off the bat, I expected to kick a lot more than we did … as a whole, I wish we did kick some more, but if we’re scoring touchdowns, we’re scoring touchdowns.” (Dolphins.com)
