Matt Hasselbeck retires, joins ESPN

Matt Hasselbeck announced his retirement as expected on Wednesday. He will join ESPN according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Matt Hasselbeck finished his career with 36,638 passing yards, 212 touchdown passes and 153 interceptions. The 40-year old is a three-time Pro Bowler and led the Seahawks to the Super Bowl in 2005.
