Fantasy Impact:
Parker could have been added to the injury report and limited in practice for precautionary reasons as he was never in danger of missing Week 3. The second-year wideout is in line for a breakout game against a Browns team that is reeling and a defense without its top cornerback, Joe Haden. Parker should be considered a low-end WR2 in a dream matchup this week who's upside is through the roof.
