Adam Humphries RULED OUT for Week 14

Fantasy Impact:
Humphries will not play Sunday versus the Saints as he is dealing with a concussion suffered last week. With Cecil Shorts done for the year with a knee injury and Humphries sidelined, Russell Shepard and Josh Huff will move up on the team's decimated wide receiver depth chart. Currently, Shepard is the only other Tampa Bay wideout, besides Mike Evans, who garners fantasy value - which is at a minimum.
