Fantasy Impact: GM Kwesi Adofo-Mensah said that the team does not want to rush McCarthy's development and wants him to be as good as he can be. However, the team has seen plenty of evidence that he can make all the throws needed and he could force their hand, shifting Darnold to the backup role.

Fantasy Impact: Lawrence has had a somewhat bumpy first few seasons since he was picked first overall, but he is the quarterback of the future for the Jaguars and I expect they'll figure out a long-term deal for him shortly.

Fantasy Impact: Landry did not play last season and is stating that he is fully healthy and is ready to return. The 31-year-old last played with the Saints in 2022, registering 272 yards and one touchdown on 25 receptions in nine games.

Fantasy Impact: Elliott will rejoin the Cowboys after one season away from the team. With Tony Pollard leaving in free agency, the Cowboys were in need of some running back depth. Elliott had a strong season in New England, tallying 642 rushing yards and three touchdowns on 184 rushing attempts.

Fantasy Impact: Becton should serve as the Eagles' swing tackle for the 2024 season, since they didn't address their offensive tackles during the draft. The former Jet is a potential starting option down the road if Lane Johnson ends up retiring after 2024-25.

Fantasy Impact: Cephus was reinstated last week after being suspended for the entire 2023 season for violating the league's gambling policy. He definitely has a shot to make the roster, so keep an eye out.

Fantasy Impact: Ross hasn't been a factor in several years now, and in fact told the Chiefs last year he was retiring, but a visit to the Eagles' rookie camp could be the spark he needs.

The Los Angeles Chargers have selected WR Cornelius Johnson with the No. 253 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.

Fantasy Impact: Jim Harbaugh will bring another player from Michigan to the Chargers. The Chargers are in desperate need of depth at wide receiver, so Johnson has a chance to prove himself at the NFL level and create a spot for himself on the roster.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have selected TE Devin Culp No. 246 overall in the the 2024 NFL Draft.

Fantasy Impact: Culp is considered a mixed bag at tight end, based on his ability to make the tough catch but his issues with multiple bad drops during his time at Washington. Culp is likely a project that will have little fantasy value if he makes the roster in 2024.

The Green Bay Packers have selected QB Michael Pratt with the No. 245 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.

Fantasy Impact: Pratt started 11 games at Tulane last season, registering 2,406 passing yards and 22 passing touchdowns. He also set a school record with 9,603 passing yards in his career at Tulane. He will compete for a backup role with the Packers.

The Miami Dolphins have selected WR Tahj Washington with the No. 241 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.

Fantasy Impact: Washington led the USC Trojans with 1,062 receiving yards on 59 receptions 2023. The Dolphins have a talented group of wide receivers and Washington will have to attempt to carve out a role to stay on the roster.

The Denver Broncos have selected WR Devaughn Vele with the No. 235 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.

Fantasy Impact: Vele has the ability to play both inside and outside and is a solid route runner. His 4.47 40-yard dash time indicates that he could carve out a role as a depth wide receiver or a returner on special teams.
