NFL Soup
Richardson is pretty much all the Browns offense has, and that bodes well for his fantasy value. He gets the goal-line carries, and he catches passes out of the backfield. Just hope his body can endure all the wear and tear. If it can, he'll be a stud.
Bernard is as shifty as they come, and I'd imagine his role with the Bengals will increase as the year progresses. However, The Law Firm seems destined to get the carries in scoring situations, so that gives me some pause with Bernard.

Legion Report
With all 5 Cleveland Offensive Linemen healthy (6th ranked O-Line in NFL for 2013) – new coach Chudzinski is incorporating a pistol formation which will allow Weeden to work from the shotgun, with Trent Richardson behind him in an I-Formation. Richardson played through a cracked rib in 2012, hindering his performance in an already struggling offense. Cleveland is attempting to allow Richardson 300+ carries and 60 catches. Hulk in the Hood will continue to be the focal point of the Cleveland ...
Bernard is the RB Cincinnati has always lacked, as he is explosive and capable of catching passes out of the backfield. We expect Bernard to have a strong shot at Rookie of the Year. FYI – Bernard is currently driving his Girlfriend’s Mom’s tan mini-van to training camp. Look for that to change soon.

Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
The Dolphins were 10th against fantasy backs, but I think Richardson will see enough touches in this game to warrant RB2 value.
I do not think the Law Firm is going to have much luck running up the middle of the Bears D, but I think Bernard could give them some problems on the outside and in the passing game.

Breaking Football
Miami is solid against the run but T-Rich is fresh and hungry.
Not the ideal matchup for your NFL debut.

Chet Gresham
The Fake Football
The Dolphins run defense is stout, but they go on the road and face a fully healthy Richardson. It's difficult to keep him out of the end zone.
Bernard faces a tough defense on the road for his NFL debut. The Bears ranked 4th best in fantasy points given up to running backs last season and Bernard will split carries with Green-Ellis to start the season. It's tough to know exactly how much work he'll get so I'm shying away.

Beast Dome
Trent Richardson is going to be a stud in 2013. The Browns offense is built for him to dominate, and Norv Turner is the genius behind the plan. Norv is famous for giving Ladanian Tomlinson his dominant seasons. The type of seasons that made you almost ban him from your Fantasy League the following year. Trent should be a BEAST all season long.
If you want to make a strong play in your draft, go for Bernard before Green-Ellis is off the board. The Bengals need Bernard to make them an electric offense like they know they can be. Bernard brings that Reggie Bush "X" Factor to the team if he gets going, while I will not compare him to Reggie now. He could be something special in the consistent Darren Sproles range.
