Floyd was step for step with Fitz in fantasy points last season and could easily be right there with him again this year. This tier of wide receivers is extremely difficult to rank and I would feel fine getting Floyd earlier than this. He is a superstar waiting to happen.
Tate is in a much better situation in Detroit than he was in Seattle, at least for fantasy upside. Lombardi brings a west coast style that should get Tate the ball often and allow him to make yards after the catch, which he excels at.

Jeff Boggis
Fantasy Football Empire
Floyd is now in his 3rd season and has impressed in OTAs. His 1,041 yards led the team as did his 16 yard average on 65 receptions. His routes are more fluid, and he runs and catches the football effortlessly. This is the year to draft Michael Floyd over Larry Fitzgerald in fantasy football league drafts.

Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
I love Floyd's upside, but similar to Fitzgerald, he really needs a quarterback that can take advantage of his skill set, which is big plays down field.
Golden Tate should have WR3 value as the second receiver in what has the potential to be an explosive offense.

Tozzi Brothers
Legion Report
Sound the Fantasy Alarms on Michael Floyd! The Arizona Republic said the former Notre Dame WR “understood where he was supposed to be and when to be there,” and “is catching everything thrown his way.” The 3rd year WR is coming off a 1000+ yard season where he caught 66 balls. Expect Michael Floyd to have low end WR1/ high end WR2 type numbers this season. For years, fantasy owners have been drafting Larry Fitzgerald as the best option in Arizona. It’s time to take your eyes off the “old bull” and open them to the “young calf!”
2013 was rock-solid for Tate, but we expect his success to exceed above and beyond that what he has produced to this point. Tate has never gone for 1,000 Receiving Yards in a season, but playing opposite of Calvin Johnson certainly has its benefits. Look for new OC Joe Lombardi to use Tate as New Orleans did Lance Moore, however the athleticism of Tate triumphs anything Moore brought to the table. Tate should see his overall numbers increase across the board along with Targets as his gun-slinging QB has no hesitance of letting it fly downfield early and often. Look for solid numbers all season from Golden Taint!

Pat Fitzmaurice
The Football Girl
Coming on strong. His physical tool kit is impressive.
Has a chance to shine. Expect him to thrive playing opposite Megatron.

Tom Schriner
FFLockerRoom
Floyd has the chance to be a third-year breakout receiver this season. Floyd did well in 2013 with 65 catches for 1,041 yards and five touchdowns, and he posted 9 games with at least 8 standard Fantasy points, including 4 games with double digits. Floyd continue to grasp Arians’ system, and the passing game was at its best toward the end of the year, including Floyd scoring 9 or more standard Fantasy points in 5 of his final 8 games.
Coming off a career year where he caught 64 receptions for 898 yards and 5 scores, Tate's numbers have been suppressed by the Seahawks' run-heavy offense, but that won't be an issue in Detroit. With his run-after-catch skills we can expect to see Tate move all around in the Lions offense.

James Hatfield
Hatty Waiver Wire Guru
Carson Palmer has no hesitation to throwing to Floyd who never sees double coverage. Solid pick in PPR leagues.
Stafford throws the ball a ton, Tate is a solid PPR selection.

Smitty
Fantasy Football Starters
Top 10 capable, yes, even with Fitz still in AZ. Don't draft Floyd at that value, though. The value is in his ADP, which is way below where we have him ranked here.

Raju Byfield
Win My Fantasy League
This WR2 is ready to put the fantasy world on notice
Tate should push for 1,000+ yards and 6-8 TD's

Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
Could move up from stable WR3 to elite WR2. Appears to be developing a better rapport with Carson Palmer.
Overrated talent who doesn't belong being a #2 WR. Should post WR3 numbers in Detroit.
