While there are still eyes on the NFL, dynasty managers should continue to work on trades to make their team better. Once the Super Bowl is over, a lot of leagues go dormant, so you might be better off making a trade now while you still can. Here are some players I’m trading for and trading away as we gear up for the big game in Las Vegas on February 11.
Dynasty Trades to Make Ahead of the Super Bowl (2024 Fantasy Football)

Goff finished as QB7 on the season with 289.1 fantasy points, just ahead of top dynasty quarterback Patrick Mahomes. He’s ranked as the dynasty QB15 according to the latest Expert Consensus Rankings (ECR). This kind of value difference is perfect to exploit before people catch on.
The Lions had an amazing season and luckily they’re keeping their offensive coordinator Ben Johnson to run it back next year. Goff should see a big benefit from the consistency in the offense and should be a terrific QB1 option once the 2024 season starts.
The Steelers are staring at a two-headed monster at running back for 2024, but it’s pretty clear that Warren is the 1A to Najee Harris‘ 1B. The torch has been passed. With former Falcons head coach Arthur Smith now moving to Pittsburgh, a lot of Warren managers might be panicking due to Smith’s terrible usage of Bijan Robinson in Atlanta.
This is the perfect time to strike and see if you can add a stud like Warren for cheap. Similarly, you might be able to sneak a deal for Harris on the cheap too, but I’d rather target Warren of the two.
It may seem crazy to buy anyone on the Saints given how badly their 2023 season was from a fantasy standpoint. I get it. But Olave is the lone bright spot on the New Orleans offense. I wouldn’t be shocked at all if they drafted a rookie quarterback to replace the aging Derek Carr. If and when they do, Olave should see a spike in his value in dynasty leagues.
He finished 2023 as WR16 in PPR scoring on a terrible team. That’s pretty impressive to me. Being that receivers hold their value better as well, I want him on my roster before that spike occurs because his talent is legitimate.
Tight end is probably the trickiest position to find value in dynasty. That being said, I love the way that Likely was surprisingly great this year when teammate Mark Andrews missed time. Likely averaged three catches and four targets per game for just over 46 yards in those seven games. He also scored five touchdowns in those seven games which is a terrific average on a great offense.
Andrews could be a cap casualty given his $17 million cap hit, and without giving too much away, I’m not convinced that he will return to the Ravens in 2024. See below for more of my thoughts on that, but if indeed he does leave, Likely vaults into TE1 territory. I want him on my team now just in case that happens.
