Sleeper Picks NFL Conference Championship Weekend
2024 Season record: 41-18
Dyami Brown (WR – WAS): 39.5 (alt line)
They say better late than never, but how about showing up when it matters the most? Dyami Brown was in the post-hype phase of his career but seemed to have a new lease on his career when Washington drafted Jayden Daniels. Unfortunately, snaps, and as a result targets, were hard to come by despite the team sending Jahan Dotson packing to Philadelphia. He played more than 50 percent of the snaps just five times all season, topping 35 receiving yards just twice in 16 games played.
Then came the playoffs and Dyami finally showed some on-field rapport with his gifted quarterback to the tune of five receptions for 89 receiving yards and a touchdown. He followed that up with six receptions for 98 receiving yards. For context, the 187 receiving yards he has recorded in his two playoff games are more than he recorded in any of his first three years in the NFL and are more than half of the 308 receiving yards he recorded this year. This is just a very long-winded way of saying Dyami has been cooking and is a strong play at either the full or alt line number. We tapped the alt line here for probability purposes, but feel free to roll with whichever one you are comfortable with. Dap the More on Dyami for Conference Championship Weekend at Sleeper Picks.
Pick: More
Zack Baun (LB – PHI): 4.5 solo tackles
Baun was a revelation in the middle for the Eagles this season, providing stability at a position that dealt with injuries to Nakobe Dean and the short-lived tenure of Devin White. Named to the Pro Bowl as well as the All-Pro 1st team, Baun made a name for himself in 2024, finding the season with 93 solos, 58 assists, 11 tackles for loss, five forced fumbles, one fumble recovery, one interception, and four passes defended. Baun recorded five or more solos in four of his last six games. He’s already had success as a stopper against Washington this season, registering nine and seven solos in his two matchups against them during the regular season. Bump the More on Baun for Conference Championship Weekend.
Pick: More
Travis Kelce (TE – KC): 69.5 receiving yards
Playoff Trav made an appearance in the divisional round, hauling seven of his eight targets for 117 receiving yards and a touchdown. Kelce always steps it up in the postseason, but his showing last weekend provided a huge boost to a team that used him as more decoy than weapon for multiple games during the season, especially early. Kelce will be leaned on against Buffalo and should have a much better showing than he did when he managed just eight yards on two receptions back in Week 11. The alt lines of 39.5 and 49.5 obviously carry a much higher probability (with lower multipliers as the trade-off), but Kelce should see enough volume in this one to still hit his full total without much of a sweat. Tap whatever option fits your style and risk aversion. Hit the More on Kelce for Conference Championship Weekend at Sleeper Picks.
Pick: More
Writers note: The lines are constantly changing on Sleeper, so there is a high probability that one or all of the numbers may no longer be the same when you open your app. There are excellent values when they are first posted, with the only catch being that they are not all released at the same time. Vigilance could provide a solid return on investment this season, literally.
