Kansas City was also 24th in wRC+ (89) with an 18.7 K% in the previous 30 days. So, the Yankees are -205, and the game’s total is 8.5 runs.
Lance McCullers (HOU) vs. CWS
Lance McCullers is in a groove. In his last four starts totaling 20.1 innings, McCullers has had a 2.21 ERA, 2.74 xFIP, 2.67 SIERA, 1.08 WHIP, 6.8 BB% and 33.0 K%. In those starts, he also had a 12.1 SwStr%, 30.9 CSW%, 105 stuff+, 99 location+ and 102 pitching+.
The veteran righty should maintain his momentum in a plus matchup tonight. Additionally, as a left-handed batter, he’ll have park factors of 1.107 for singles, 1.383 for doubles, 1.458 for triples and 0.851 for homers tonight.
Jonathan Aranda: 6.5 Fantasy Points – Higher
Aranda will enjoy the same park factors as Lowe. He’s also even better than his aforementioned teammate against righties. In 476 plate appearances against righties since 2023, Aranda has mashed 15 taters with a .363 OBP, .169 ISO and 133 wRC+.
Heliot Ramos: 10.5 Fantasy Points – Higher
In addition to having a track record of succeeding against lefties, Ramos is building on last year’s breakout campaign at the plate. In 278 plate appearances this year, Ramos has hit 11 homers with 42 runs, 33 RBIs, five stolen bases, a .360 OBP, .190 ISO, .366 wOBA, .349 expected wOBA (xwOBA) and 138 wRC+.
