Fantasy Football Injury Updates

Isaiah Likely (foot) limited at practice Wednesday
Isaiah Likely (foot) was limited at Baltimore’s practice on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact

Likely has yet to play this season thanks to a foot injury that he suffered in the preseason, but he was able to practice on Wednesday and seems to have a real chance to suit up in Week 4. Mark Andrews looked great as Baltimore’s top tight end in Week 3, but he would lose a lot of work and fantasy value if the young tight end makes his return to the lineup against Kansas City.

Xavier Worthy (shoulder) logs full practice Wednesday
Xavier Worthy (shoulder) logged a full practice session on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact

Worthy has been sidelined for several weeks due to a shoulder injury, but he was able to log a full practice session on Wednesday and seems to be good to go for Week 4. Assuming he’s cleared to play, he will have high upside in the team’s matchup against Baltimore.

Davante Adams (hamstring) does not practice Wednesday
Rams WR Davante Adams (hamstring) did not participate in practice Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact

Adams appears to have picked up a hamstring injury in Week 3 and will open the week on the injury report. The Rams should provide more information on the severity of the issue soon, but his status is worth monitoring over the next few days.

Jesse Garcia

Baker Mayfield (arm) limited at practice Wednesday
Baker Mayfield (arm) was limited at practice on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact

Mayfield is listed on Tampa Bay’s injury report due to an arm issue that he’s dealing with right now. It isn’t expected to affect his availability in for Week 4, but this is still a situation worth monitoring for fantasy managers moving forward.

Chris Godwin Jr. (ankle) logs full practice Wednesday
Chris Godwin Jr. (ankle) logged a full practice session on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact

Godwin was able to log a full practice session on Wednesday, which is the first time he has been able to do that all season. It looks like it is set to make his season debut in Week 4, which would come at a perfect time with Mike Evans (hamstring) likely to miss several weeks while he recovers from his injury.

Zach Charbonnet (foot) listed questionable Thursday
Zach Charbonnet has been listed as questionable for Thursday’s game against the Cardinals.

Fantasy Impact

Charbonnet was estimated as a full participant at practice on Monday and Tuesday. His status will need to be monitored closer to kickoff.

Jacory Croskey-Merritt (knee) doesn’t practice Wednesday
Jacory Croskey-Merritt (knee) did not practice for the Commanders on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact

The rookie is a new addition to the team’s injury report. He is being listed with a knee issue and was not able to practice on Wednesday because of it. It may pose a real threat to his availability for Week 4, but we won’t know for sure until later in the week.

Leo Sells

Brock Purdy (toe) to be limited Wednesday
Brock Purdy (toe) will be limited at San Francisco’s practice on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact

Purdy was sidelined last week due to a toe injury, but he is going to practice in a limited fashion for the 49ers on Wednesday. It remains to be seen whether or not he will play in Week 4, and San Francisco’s injury report is one to continue monitoring throughout the week with Mac Jones (knee), Ricky Pearsall (knee), and Jauan Jennings (ankle) all also listed on there.

Leo Sells

Jauan Jennings (ankle) sidelined at practice Wednesday
Jauan Jennings (ankle) is sidelined at San Francisco’s practice on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact

The veteran wideout will not be able to practice for the 49ers on Wednesday as he continues to manage an ankle issue. Ricky Pearsall (knee) was also unable to practice, and fantasy managers should keep a close eye on what the team’s injury report looks like heading into Week 4 before making any decisions on who to start or who to sit.

Leo Sells

Ricky Pearsall (knee) not practicing Wednesday
Ricky Pearsall (knee) is not taking part in San Francisco’s practice on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact

Pearsall is a new addition to the injury report, being listed with a knee injury that left him sidelined at practice on Wednesday. We won’t know more about the severity of the issue until later in the week, and fantasy managers should keep close tabs on updates about his health after he posted a great performance in Week 3.

Leo Sells

Colston Loveland (hip) doesn’t practice Wednesday
Colston Loveland (hip) did not practice for the Bears on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact

The rookie tight end suffered a hip injury during last week’s win over the Cowboys. He was not able to practice on Wednesday because of it, and it remains to be seen whether or not it will leave him sidelined in Week 4. Cole Kmet (groin) will see more work if that’s the case.

Leo Sells

Tetairoa McMillan dealing with calf issue
Tetairoa McMillan is currently dealing with a calf injury and did not practice on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact

The rookie was a non-participant at practice on Wednesday and is currently listed with a calf injury. The exact severity of it has yet to be announced, so fantasy managers should pay close attention to his status throughout the rest of the week to see if he’ll be a full go for Week 4 or not.

Leo Sells

Terry McLaurin (quad) will not practice Wednesday
Commanders coach Dan Quinn said Terry McLaurin will not practice on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact

McLaurin’s status remains in doubt this week. He’ll still need to be monitored at practice the rest of the week.

Ari Koslow
