Dynasty Trade Advice: Players to Buy or Sell (Fantasy Football)

Whether you’re battling for a crucial bye week or rebuilding for the future, Dynasty Trade Advice is your weekly go-to guide for maximizing roster value through trades. We now have 11 weeks of hard data to help point us in the right direction when it comes to buying low and selling high on dynasty prospects. Let’s take a look at who made the list this week.

Dynasty Fantasy Football Trade Advice

Players to Buy

Ashton Jeanty (RB – LV)

The Las Vegas Raiders were never expected to be a Super Bowl contender in 2025, but there was at least some optimism that they could compete. That hasn’t been the case at all this season, with Geno Smith struggling mightily behind a dismal offensive line.

Ashton Jeanty has been fighting an uphill battle from the jump with this offensive line, averaging a league-worst 1.4 yards before contact per attempt (YBC/A) this season. Jeanty’s 14.5 PPR points per game rank at RB15 overall, far from the lofty expectations that were set before the season. The frustration may be slowly building up for the Jeanty owner in your league, as their supposed superstar has only finished as a top-five running back twice all year.

This may be a good time to check in with the Jeanty owner and see if the price has dropped a bit. Looking at the underlying metrics and usage, I’m not concerned with Jeanty from a dynasty perspective. His 79.4% opportunity share ranks RB4 overall, and he’s sixth in the NFL in evaded tackles with 48. In addition, Jeanty’s receiving usage has picked up, with three straight games of five or more targets. Situations change; in dynasty formats, we bet on talent.

In terms of trade offers, see if you can acquire Jeanty for a 2026 first-round pick plus a couple of mid-round picks. I would still take Jeanty with the 1.01 pick if we were drafting 2025 rookies today.

Kyler Murray (QB – ARI)

Has there been a player whose dynasty value has plummeted faster than Kyler Murray’s this season? After another underwhelming start for the Arizona Cardinals, Murray suffered a foot injury in Week 5, which ultimately landed him on injured reserve (IR) with no timetable for return. Jacoby Brissett stepped up in Murray’s absence and brought a new surge of life to this passing game (at least from a fantasy perspective), leading many to wonder whether Murray will ever win his job back in Arizona. As a result, Murray’s dynasty value has dropped to QB26 overall on KeepTradeCut, a community-sourced dynasty ranking site. He’s currently ranked below signal-callers like J.J. McCarthy, Michael Penix Jr., Cam Ward and Bryce Young.

If I were a betting man, I would say Murray will not be starting for the Arizona Cardinals next season. However, I’d be very surprised if he wasn’t starting somewhere. There are simply too many teams that will need a quarterback come 2026. Just to name a few, we have the Jets, Steelers, Raiders, Dolphins, Browns and Saints, who all have major question marks at the position long-term. And with the number of 2026 draft-eligible quarterback prospects who have disappointed this college football season, there’s no reason to think Murray wouldn’t be a priority target for many teams.

With his rushing upside, Murray will always be an intriguing dynasty asset, regardless of your thoughts on him as a real-life talent. We’ve seen him average 22+ points per game in multiple seasons. The ceiling is still there, and he can now be acquired for less than a future first-round rookie pick in Superflex formats. Take the home run swing and buy Murray while his value has dipped.

Players to Sell

Jordan Love (QB – GB)

Maybe it’s due to the historic success Green Bay has had at the quarterback position, but Jordan Love remains a highly touted dynasty asset in Superflex formats, despite being incredibly average for the past year and a half. Love is currently valued as the QB13 overall on KeepTradeCut, ahead of Brock Purdy, C.J. Stroud and Dak Prescott.

If you’re investing heavily in a pocket passer for fantasy football purposes, they’d better be playing in a pass-heavy environment. This hasn’t been the case with Love in Green Bay, as Green Bay sits ninth in the NFL in rushing rate at 46%. Not alarmingly high, but there’s no doubt that someone like Prescott is in a much better situation for fantasy, given the Cowboys’ 40% run rate this year. Love finished with just 16.3 points per game in 2024 and is tracking to finish with fewer than 17 points per game in 2025. This is totally usable production, but he should be valued more in line with Trevor Lawrence.

I would look to flip Love for Purdy straight up, who has averaged 18+ points per game in each of the past three seasons. Sell Love now, while the name value is still there.

Kyle Monangai (RB – CHI)

Kyle Monangai has been a popular name in the dynasty streets ever since his breakout game against Cincinnati in Week 9. The rookie back out of Rutgers had nearly 200 scrimmage yards against a laughably bad Bengals defense, and suddenly everyone was willing to buy in. He’s now risen to dynasty RB25 overall on KeepTradeCut, ahead of running mate D’Andre Swift. This price tag is far too inflated, and I would highly recommend you sell high on Monangai.

Despite his monster Week 9 performance, Monangai was relegated back to his No. 2 RB role behind Swift in Weeks 10 and 11, failing to see a 40% snap share in either contest. Swift is still the starter. Even if he’s gone in 2026, I’m not willing to bet on Monangai to assume a workhorse role. He’s played well this season, but at the end of the day, he’s still a seventh-round selection with limited receiving production coming out of college. Chicago would almost certainly bring another running back in to compete with Monangai if they don’t retain Swift.

I would look to swap Monangai for Woody Marks, who has clearly earned the starting role in Houston and is an elite pass-catcher. I would also see if Bhayshul Tuten is on the table for a swap, or if adding a small piece to the Monangai side could land you Trey Benson.
