Key Injuries
- Amon-Ra St. Brown (WR – DET): St. Brown injured his ankle in Week 13, though luckily it was a mild lower ankle sprain and he only looks likely to miss 1-2 weeks.
- Aaron Jones Sr. (RB – MIN): Jones continues to get banged up as he has been playing through an injured shoulder. Looks like it will be possible that he misses this week, as the shoulder was reinjured in Week 13.
- Marvin Harrison Jr. (WR – ARI): While we were all happy to see his return in Week 13, he left the game with a heel injury that they are calling “tricky” and may be in line to miss yet another week.
Most Added Player
- Isaac TeSlaa (WR – DET): With the “Sun God” expected to miss Week 14, TeSlaa should see his role expand and become a fill-in WR3/Flex play this week.
- Chris Rodriguez Jr. (RB – WAS): With the fall of Jacory Croskey-Merritt, we have seen Rodriguez carve out a solid rushing role in the Commanders’ Offense. The return of Jayden Daniels should offer an overall boost to the offense, providing Rodriguez additional opportunities to shine.
- Mike Evans (WR – TB): Evans is looking like he will be returning soon, and should provide a fresh body to one of the league’s top passing attacks. With a lot of mouths to feed, Evans is a big-play threat that may help you bring home your championship glory.
- Adonai Mitchell (WR – NYJ): Mitchell has seen his targets continue to expand, though his ability to come down with those has been questionable. However, Week 13 saw him put that behind him with eight catches for over 100 yards and a touchdown.
Most Dropped Players
- Kimani Vidal (RB – LAC): With Omarion Hampton looking to return and Vidal’s performance being a true rollercoaster, many are cutting the cord with him this week.
- Sean Tucker (RB – TB): The Bucs showed there is no easing Bucky back in as he returned to full form in Week 13, eliminating the doubt of who is the running back to own in the Tampa backfield.
- Jacory Croskey-Merritt (RB – WAS): I, for one, was hopeful that “Bill” coming off his Week 12 bye week would emerge as the lead back for the Commanders. However, that was FAR from the truth as he disappeared almost completely with only four total touches in Week 13.
- Ricky Pearsall (WR – SF): Giving Pearsall a few weeks to try to ramp back up was justifiable, though sadly, we saw nothing to make us believe he will be a contributing factor moving forward. Adding a Week 14 bye means Pearsall is truly not worth even a bench stash moving forward.
Final Thoughts
This is the final countdown to continuing your season. Time to take a shot and go for broke with your teams; otherwise, you can simply start to look forward to next year. For those still in it, finding those available guys who can blossom into something big may very well be your path to victory in the weeks to come. Stay sharp, and best of luck in your Week 14 matchups.
