The Blue Jays have released streaky OF Melvin Upton, Jr.
Fantasy Impact:
Upton was acquired at the trade deadline in 2016 and was an immediate disappointment. He still has fantasy value if he matches what he did at the beginning of the year with San Diego, but if he play like he did in Toronto, wherever he ends up, he is not worth a look in any fantasy format.
