Josh Rutledge activated from disabled list Tuesday

Josh Rutledge was activated from the disabled list Tuesday by the Red Sox. Rutledge takes Pablo Sandoval's spot on the roster, as the latter was just placed on the 10-day disabled list with a right knee strain. (Ryan Hannable on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Josh Rutledge will likely split playing time with Marco Hernandez with Sandoval out, and he may get some starts against left-handers even when Sandoval returns. At the moment, though, Rutledge is not an everyday player and has little fantasy value.
