Miguel Socolovich pitched 1/3 of an inning on Friday, giving up four runs on five hits while not walking anyone or striking out anyone.
Fantasy Impact:
Socolovich is the worst pitcher on the Cardinals staff and shouldn't be on your radar if you're looking for pitching. If Socolovich had more option years, the Cardinals would surely send him down to the minors, but at this point he's been so bad that they should just put him on waivers and let another team take him. The Cardinals have better options in Triple-A like Luke Weaver and Marco Gonzalez.
