Michael Morse placed on seven-day concussion DL

The Giants placed first baseman-outfielder Michael Morse on the seven-day concussion disabled list Tuesday and recalled infielder Kelby Tomlinson from Triple-A Sacramento.
Fantasy Impact:
Morse collided with right-hander Jeff Samardzija as both threw themselves into the pileup of bodies following Hunter Strickland's plunking of Washington's Bryce Harper with an eighth-inning pitch Monday.
