Jim Johnson pitched around a leadoff double and a walk in the ninth inning of a 6-3 win over the Dodgers on Thursday to lock down his 22nd save of the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Johnson has converted three straight save opportunities since the All-Star break. However, his strikeout rate which was 29.5% during the first half of the season has dipped to 18.2% so far in the second half through three appearances. Something to keep an eye on going forward.
