Matt Holliday stuck on the bench

Matt Holliday found himself out of the lineup again as Joe Girardi elected to start Chase Headley against Trevor Bauer. Holliday has been a conspicuous omission for the entire series.
Fantasy Impact:
Holliday did not have a glaringly worse history than Headley vs Bauer, so i guess you have to chalk this up to one of Yankees manager Joe Girardi's hunches
