Miguel Cabrera was removed from the Tigers' game against the White Sox on Thursday with left hip flexor tightness. He was replaced by Niko Goodrum. (Anthony Fenech on Twitter)

Cabrera hurt himself when he took a tumble after rounding first base on a single. The extent of the injury is unclear, but this is obviously a bad development for Cabrera, who battled hip and back injuries throughout 2017. Given the cold weather, it's possible that the injury is minor, but fantasy owners should surely monitor the situation and await further word.
