A.J. Ellis went 2-for-4 in Tuesday's loss to the Angels, with one double and a pair of strikeouts.
Fantasy Impact:
When he gets into the lineup, Ellis has hit well with a .289 AVG and .389 OBP. The issue is that he is clearly behind Austin Hedges on the catching depth chart, as this was just his third start this month. Unless Hedges is your starting catcher and have a bench spot to use on him, Ellis has no fantasy value.
