Justin Miller picks up first save Monday
by Elliott Baas | Tue, Aug 28th 2:01pm EDT
Justin Miller pitched a perfect ninth inning for his first save of the season in the Nationals' 5-3 win over the Phillies.
Fantasy Impact:
It was all zeroes for Miller, who didn't allow a hit, run, walk, or strike anyone out. Miller has had an amazing 10.5 K/9 and 3.64 K/BB ratio for the Nationals' this season, but he's also allowed 1.85 HR/9. With Kelvin Herrera out for the season and Sean Doolittle on the disabled list Miller could be in line for saves during the final month of the season.
