Brad Penny to decide between three teams

Chris Cotillo reports that RHP Brad Penny has narrowed down his decision on who to pitch for in 2015 to three teams, and will decide later this week. (Chris Cotillo on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Penny struggled his way to a 2-1 record and a 6.58 ERA in 26 innings pitched for the Marlins in 2014. Regardless of what team he chooses, he will remain miles away from any fantasy relevance.
