Troy Tulowitzki (calf) placed on 10-day IL

The Yankees placed Troy Tulowitzki on the 10-day IL on Thursday with a left calf strain. The team recalled Thairo Estrada from Triple-A. (New York Yankees on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This was merely a formality, as anyone who saw Tulowitzki's injury knew this was an immediate IL stint. For today's game at least, Gleyber Torres will slide over to shortstop with Tyler Wade taking over at second base. Neither Estrada nor Wade is worth an immediate pickup, and fantasy owners can feel free to drop Tulowitzki if they have an IL crunch on their roster.
