LeBlanc worked mainly as a primary pitcher for the Mariners last season. He owned a 5.71 ERA, 1.45 WHIP with 192 strikeouts across 121 1/3 innings in 2019. LeBlanc could earn $800,000 if he is able to make the roster. The 35-year old will need to have a strong spring training to lock in a spot in Baltimore’s rotation.
