Yankees catcher Chris Iannetta was designated for assignment by the team on Saturday in order to activate pitcher Masahiro Tanaka. (MLB.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Iannetta was the team's third catcher and did not make an appearance in 2020. He isn't relevant in even the deepest fantasy formats unless he lands with a team that plans to give him regular playing time.
