Ivan Nova (triceps) to throw off mound soon

Ivan Nova, who has been out with triceps tendinitis since August 15th, will begin his rehab soon by throwing off a mound. (Chris McCosky on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Nova has struggled this season with a 8.53 ERA in 19 innings pitched. Some of his struggles can be written off as injury related but if you omit his last start where he gave up eight runs in 3 1/3 innings pitched he still has 10 earned runs in 15 2/3 inning pitched (5.75 ERA). Owners in standard 12-team redraft leagues can leave Nova on the waiver wire.
