Pat Valaika started at first base on Thursday against the Pirates, going 3-for-5 with a solo homer and two singles against the Red Sox. He finished the day with three runs and an RBI in the 13-1 victory.

Valaika continues to impress, and his seasonal slash line is now up to .275/.310/.478 this season. As the Orioles get better, he likely won't be fantasy relevant in any leagues next year.
