Trevor Richards sent to minors Sunday

The Tampa Bay Rays optioned Josh Fleming, Chris Mazza, and Trevor Richards to Minor League camp Sunday, according to a report from MLB.com's Adam Berry. (Adam Berry on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Richards struggled in spring training and failed to earn a roster spot, but he is likely to see time as either a bulk reliever or spot starter with the Rays this season at some point. In 2020, Richards pitched to a 5.91 ERA with 27 strikeouts in 32 innings.
