Fantasy Impact:
The Diamondbacks had two potential save chances in their game Tuesday night, as the contest went into extra innings. Both Chris Devenski and Yoan Lopez blew saves for the team. With Joakim Soria's trip to the IL, there was some speculation that Ginkel could fill in at closer. This is still a possibility, but it seemed odd that he wasn't called on Tuesday. However, this illness explains his absence, and he is likely still in the mix for saves with Soria on the shelf.
