Julio Teheran (shoulder) lands on the 60-day IL

Fantasy Impact:
Teheran was originally placed on the 10-day injured list Saturday due to a shoulder strain. The Tigers were unsure how long the RHP would be out and decided to move him to the 60-day IL Sunday. Renato Nunez was called up from the alternate site in a corresponding move. Teheran is eligible to return from the IL in early June. Spencer Turnbull was activated from the COVID-19 list and will replace Teheran in the rotation.
