Phillip Evans seemed to pull up slightly at second base after a base-hit from teammate Gregory Polanco. Adam Frazier pinch-ran for Evans who has now left the game. (Jake Crouse on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
With only four infielders on the major league roster, the Pirates will have to call up someone if Evans does miss any time. Both Ke'Bryan Hayes and Collin Moran seem close to returning, but it's unclear if they can immediately slot into an every-day role at third or first base respectively. This is certainly a situation to monitor closely over the next 24 hours.
