David Bednar (oblique) placed on 10-day injured list

Pirates' reliever David Bednar has been placed on the 10-day injured list on Tuesday with a right oblique strain, retroactive to September 11th. (Alex Stumpf on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Bednar has been an effective bullpen piece for the lowly Pirates, accruing a 3-1 record with a 2.18 ERA in 2021. Bednar hasn't thrown a pitch for the Pirates since he came off of the mound on September 7th, and it looks like he'll be on the shelf until at least the 21st of September.
