Grandal makes spring debut

Yasmani Grandal made his spring training debut on Tuesday, going 0-2.
Fantasy Impact:
Grandal figures to be one of the top catchers taken in drafts this year. The White Sox don't have many players that excel in OBP, but Grandal is the exception. As a switch hitter he's stronger from the left side, which is another area of weakness for the Sox, so expect Grandal to be firmly entrenched in the lineup more often that not. He'll find time mostly behind the plate but will get plenty of ABs at DH and 1B. That kind of playing time is coveted as a fantasy catcher.
