Yasmani Grandal walks three times in loss

Yasmani Grandal was 0-for-2 on Tuesday, but he salvaged his day with three walks.

Fantasy Impact

Grandal and his ability to draw walks has been quite the storyline in 2021, as despite a batting average of just .235 he has managed to get on base at a .417 clip. Walks don't do much for fantasy purposes, but his ability to get on base certainly creates a floor for his daily fantasy output.

Yasmani Grandal hits 20th homer of season in loss to Boston

Yasmani Grandal was 3-for-4 on Saturday, coming up a triple shy of the cycle while also walking once. He still managed to score three times and drive in one run though.

Fantasy Impact

Grandal is now hitting .236 on the year with 20 home runs and 55 RBIs on the year. He's been simply great since his return from the IL and should definitely be started if you managed to make the playoffs with him on your IL all year long.

Yasmani Grandal has two knocks in loss

Yasmani Grandal went 2-for-4 on Wednesday, hitting his sixth double of the season while also striking out once.

Fantasy Impact

Grandal is now hitting .233 on the year as he continues to hit well since coming off the IL. If anybody survived their season with Grandal out, he should definitely be starting now that he's back and on a roll.

Yasmani Grandal drives in four in win

Yasmani Grandal was 3-for-3 on the day, hitting a two-run shot in the first inning while also hitting two singles later in the ball game. It wouldn't be a Grandal game if he also didn't draw a walk, which he did in the eighth inning.

Fantasy Impact

Grandal has been tremendous since his return from injury, starting everyday and providing the White Sox with yet another power bat in a loaded lineup. Start Grandal with confidence next week.

Yasmani Grandal stays hot with two more hits

Yasmani Grandal went 2-for-3 on Wednesday, singling and doubling while also drawing a walk. He would score two runs for the White Sox as well.

Fantasy Impact

Grandal remains red hot and in turn should be locked into lineups. He has been seeing the ball tremendously well and simply has to be in lineups until he cools down. He'll have a day off on Thursday before the White Sox open their series against the Royals on Friday.
