Wily Peralta promoted to active roster

Fantasy Impact:
Following a strong 2021 season, Peralta re-signed with the Tigers. However, due to the lockout and visa issues, he opened the year in the minors. Now, after 4.1 scoreless innings at Double- and Triple-A, the 32-year-old right-hander is returning to the big leagues. Peralta had a 3.07 ERA, 1.33 WHIP, and .247 OBA through 19 outings (18 starts) last year. Detroit is expected to use him as a reliever going forward.
