Gleyber Torres returns to the Yankees’ lineup Wednesday and will bat fifth in their matchup against Oakland.
Torres returns to the lineup after missing two games with an ankle sprain. He has really struggled in his last seven games but overall has played well this season. The 25-year-old is slashing .250/.302/.487 with 13 home runs, 32 RBIs, and four stolen bases. Hopefully the two days off was enough to heal the ankle sprain and set him up for more success at the plate.
