Astros catcher Jason Castro had the only hit that mattered Wedesday. He hit a two-run home run in the top of the 9th in a 2-0 win over the Mets.
Castro's blast gave Justin Verlander his 10th win. That probably had more fantasy significance than the home run. This was the 35-year-old's first dinger of the season as he backs up Martin Maldonado. Outside of deep two-catcher leagues, Castro should not be considered for fantasy lineups.
