Sixto Sanchez is set to face live hitters next week for the first time since March 2021. The Marlins have stated that he is not currently having any issues with his shoulder, and will still need some time to work off some rust. (MLB.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Sanchez has not pitched in a major league game since 2020 as he continues to work his way back from a shoulder injury. With Sanchez set to face live hitters for the first time in his recovery, it will be important that he just ends that session healthy. Fantasy managers in redraft leagues should not focus on Sanchez, but he is a definite hold in dynasty.
