Nelson Cruz is out of the Nationals starting lineup Saturday with a quad injury. If the quad is still sore tomorrow he will likely get an MRI. (Mark Zuckerman on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Cruz is slashing .242/.324/.361 with eight home runs, 48 RBIs, and three stolen bases this season. Cruz is likely a trade candidate, but this quad issue will need to be cleared up by then. Look for the Nationals to provide an update prior to their game tomorrow.
