Cincinnati Reds beat writer Bobby Nightengale is reporting that Tyler Stephenson suffered a broken clavicle in Friday's game vs. the Cardinals. (Enquirer)
Fantasy Impact:
Stephenson took a foul ball off his shoulder in the 1st inning Friday. He stayed in the game initially but was taken out shortly thereafter. A timetable has not been revealed but with a broken clavicle, the Reds will likely be without his services for at least 6-8 weeks. That's a tough blow to fantasy managers as Stephenson was hitting .319 this year in the thinnest position.
