Pete Fairbanks closes out sweep of Boston

Pete Fairbanks remained brilliant against the Red Sox on Wednesday, working around a walk to deliver a scoreless ninth inning. He struck out two batters and earned the save as Tampa Bay ultimately defeated Boston by a score of 1-0, completing a three-game sweep.
Fantasy Impact:
Fairbanks has been magnificent this season, posting a 1.45 ERA, 0.70 WHIP, and .172 OBA through 19 outings. He has tallied six holds, has converted all six saves, and has not allowed a run since July 22. His two walks and 28 strikeouts give him an elite 13.50 K/9 and 0.96 BB/9 in 2022.
