Luis Cessa pitches well Tuesday in no-decision

Luis Cessa allowed one run - off a homer by Willson Contreras - over five innings in the Reds' victory over the Cubs Tuesday. Cessa left the game with a knee injury trailing 1-0 but wound up with a no-decision after the Reds came back.
Fantasy Impact:
Cessa performed admirably after being pressed into starting down the stretch. In his nine starts since August 22, Cessa was 1-3 with an ERA of 3.77, a WHIP of 1.14, and 6.5 K/9. Cessa will likely return to the pen next season. Even if he doesn't, he doesn't figure to be a player you'll want to invest in on draft day.
