Roman Quinn elects free agency

Fantasy Impact:
Quinn could be looking for his fifth team since 2022, as he spent time with the Rays, Phillies, Marlins, and Royals last season. Quinn spent most of the season either hurt or in Triple-A. He could be a bench piece who provides speed for a team in need of a late-inning pinch runner.
