Fantasy Impact:
As Slusser notes in her tweet, it's a homecoming for the Oakland native. Ross didn't appear in the big leagues in 2022 due to Tommy John surgery, making just one appearance for the Nationals' Double-A team in Harrisburg. A veteran of 98 career MLB appearances, Ross owns a 4.26 ERA in that time alongside a 21.1% K%. Ross can potentially get back onto the fantasy radar with renewed health in 2023.
