Fantasy Impact:
It's an interesting signing considering Bowman hasn't pitched professionally since the 2019 season. He underwent Tommy John surgery in 2020 and missed the 2021 and 2022 seasons afterwards. Nonetheless, the 31-year-old owns a solid 4.02 ERA/3.67 FIP across 183 career big-league appearances between the Cardinals and Reds organizations.
