Joe Beimel loses his first game of the season

Joe Beimel relieved starter Mike Montgomery and consequently gave up the deciding home run to Alex Rodriguez. In 0.2 IP Beimel gave up one run, one walk, while striking out two batters.
Fantasy Impact:
The 38-year-old reliever had not given up a run in July, but could not keep the streak alive surrending a home run. With only 27 IP on the season, Beimel should not be owned in any format unless his role within the Mariners bullpen changes.
