Fantasy Impact:

The 24-year-old Celestino suffered the injury on a headfirst slide into second base on a stolen base attempt on Feb. 28. He was going to be hard-pressed to crack the Twins' Opening Day roster due to increased outfield depth added this offseason but he did appear in 122 games with the club in 2022, hitting .238 with two homers, four steals, and a .615 OPS across 347 trips to the plate. He will likely spend the vast majority of the 2023 season at the Triple-A level.
