Fantasy Impact:
Hall said his bullpen workout went well on Wednesday. The young lefty believes he could be ready to go by Opening Day but not as a member of the rotation. If he continues to progress well, the Orioles will likely face a decision between starting Hall at Triple-A to stretch his arm out or making him part of the big-league bullpen to begin the season. His next step is to throw live batting practice in the coming days.
