Bryce Harper (elbow) will not be placed on the 60-day IL at the moment. This leaves the possibility open for Harper to return before the end of May. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
This is potentially a really good sign for Harper, who was originally slated to return after the All-Star break. While the Phillies' have said that his timetable hasn't changed much, it is telling at least for now that they want to keep the option open for him to return sooner than later.
